JagLunar: The Dynamic Duo of Ecstatic Energy and Musical Alchemy

JagLunar is a DJ duo consisting of Nikka Espirita and Mika da Luz, celebrated for their vibrant, transformative performances that seamlessly blend tech-house, deep house, melodic techno, Afro house, and techno. Their dynamic back-to-back sets are more than just music—they are energetic rituals, designed to uplift and connect with the crowd on a deep level. For Mika and Nikka, DJ-ing is a form of energy work, where they channel the collective rhythm of the audience into an unforgettable shared experience.

JagLunar’s signature lies in their unique fusion of driving beats and soulful melodies. Their sets pulse with an ecstatic dance vibe, bringing an infectious sense of freedom, joy, and connection to the dance floor. This duality—fusing the raw energy of club culture with the liberating spirit of ecstatic dance—has made them a standout act. Their presence on stage is electric, ensuring they are impossible to overlook, and their connection with the audience is immediate and profound.

Based in Ibiza, Mika and Nikka host regular ecstatic dance events, weaving their passion for conscious movement into their broader musical journey. They organise a monthly outdoor ecstatic dance event in Ibiza called SunDance, offering a powerful open-air experience under the sky, surrounded by nature. At these gatherings, both Nikka Espirita and Mika da Luz also perform individually as ecstatic dance DJs, bringing their unique musical expression to the community while holding space as solo artists and as a duo.

Beyond Ibiza, their deep connection to the Burning Man community has further defined their artistry. Mika is a founding member of WonderBurn, the Belgian regional burn, and together with Nikka, they are core team members shaping the event’s vision. Regular performers at Burning Man stages, JagLunar plays a role in creating immersive and transformational experiences that align with the celebratory ethos of burn culture.

Whether commanding a festival stage, curating an intimate ecstatic dance gathering, or leading transformational events within the Burning Man community, JagLunar consistently delivers unique, soul-stirring performances. Their mission is simple yet profound: to connect, energize, and inspire through the universal language of music.
