Beginning of 'Bedroom Jokes' series. Experimental Songs that are poorly written/recorded but have something about them that I like. Sorta like if you half-ass a demo. Technically all my songs are bedroom jokes. 'Plastic' was a preliminary to the 'Bedroom Jokes' series. I feel (Stones) is the perfect example of a bedroom joke.

Bedroom Jokes #1 (Stones)

the 'Bedroom Jokes' series begins with two-parts. The only way this song is related to #1 is that they were both written and recorded in the same two hours. 'Ugly Singers' refers to me and specifically how terrible I sound in this song. The title is a joke. The song is a joke. I put effort in to this.

Bedroom Jokes #2 (Ugly Singers)

This is an experiment made from a loop on a Boss DD-20. The bass and rhythm guitar are part of the same loop. Everything else is recorded the same way I usually do it. I like this. I think it sounds like a ghost on a beach and he's having a hard time but then he sees some waves and it cheers him up. Should probably note that the lead guitar is a one-take improvisation.

***okay so this song is weird in that depending on how you hear the loop it can be two different songs but only one of them sounds good. This song should be in Fmajor, but because the fading in of the bass motif is pretty bad it can sound like it's in Gmajor, but the vocals and lead guitar are recorded in Fmajor so it sounds wrong. Basically the high-sounding bass part is the first part and the low-sounding one is the second part and sometimes, if you're not in that frame of mind, it can sound the other way around.
