MATZINGHA ist der heutige Kandidat für unsere Podcastreihe. 
In Berlin geboren und aufgewachsen ist er genauso wie die Stadt immer in Bewegung und Verbindung mit dem was um ihn herum geschieht. Was er erlebt, verpackt er unmittelbar in seinen Sets und findet somit ein hervorragendes Ventil für seine Gefühle. Er versteht es seine Hörer zu entführen und Bilder in ihren Köpfen zu zeichnen; er ist ein kleiner Virtuose mit einer Vorliebe für das urbane und dessen Bewohner.
Was man sonst über ihn sagen kann? Er bewegt sich hauptsächlich im Deephouse und das sehr gefühlvoll und erfolgreich, was ihm eine stets wachsende Fangemeinde beschert hat. Gerade arbeitet er an seinem ersten eigenen Album und wir dürfen gespannt sein, was er uns für bereit hält. Bis dahin kann uns immerhin dieser Podcast die Zeit geschmackvoll vertreiben.

So maybe I should start a "free monthly edit" series. I think it 's more personal than a monthly mix with current releases every other dj is already charting. Not to mention it's more fun for me to make and –hopefully– for you to listen to and play out.
This month's edit is Gepy & Gepy's "Man Machine" from the classic Body to Body LP. Quick & dirty edit, I just got rid of the annoying bits.
Gepy left us 2 years ago and this is also an occasion to remember Italy's most soulful singer, possibly the Italian Barry White or something.
