The label invites Mehdi, part of Ghent-based digger/DJ Duo “Evvicitlar”. Mehdi's research focuses on the Middle East and Africa. In this selection he will present music from the former Portuguese colonies in Africa, more precisely Mozambique, Angola, Sao Tomé e Principe, Guinea-Bissau and Cabo-Verde. 

At the end of a very personal selection of tracks, all sourced from the original vinyl recordings, Radio Martiko takes a musical trip from Mozambique to Cabo Verde… Come and join !
