With an excitingly prolific and productive 18 year ride as a hard working professional electronic music producer, sound engineer, DJ and formally trained multi-instrumentalist under her belt and a definite knack for batting out track after track of sophisticated and cutting edge music, DJ Celeste (Celeste Lear) is a truly tenacious and visionary artist with an unquenchable thirst to create inspiring and groundbreaking new music to inspire her listeners with. Possessing a penchant for writing music that combines elements of downtempo, trap, dub, pop, world and deep house, in studio and on stage, Celeste creatively fuses together deep, futuristic bass with unique sampling, eclectic drum loops and luscious sonic synth layering and organic instrumentation like cello & guitar. Her work has been featured on "So You Think You Can Dance", and on hundreds of placements on film, television and commercial since 2008. Her music has been likened to, CloZee, Bonobo, Atyya, Desert Dwellers, Odesza, Imogene Heap, Chet Faker, Tipper, Pretty Lights, Zero 7, Thievery Corporation, Bjork, Etc.
