After being featured on our ‘BC Flood Relief LP’ earlier this year, we had to bring back this rising UK talent with a standout single. 

2022 is looking good for this West Indian Wheel Up Selecta, with a handful of big label releases already under his belt and plenty more in the pipeline! Formula has some very exciting upcoming projects, both solo and with the newly formed trio ‘Western Curriculum’, as well as something we can’t quite spill the beans on yet! 

What makes Formula such a great producer is that he refuses to stick to one niche of drum and bass. If something sounds good he makes it, he won’t be limited to one sub-genre or one style. This release is no different. 

 ‘I Can’t Remember’ Starts with melodic synth work, which introduces the main vocals that are accompanied by a funky guitar riff. A rolling bass draws us up to the drop, unleashing the perfect blend of an 808s and Reese bassline. By now you are singing along, an anthem has been born. 

‘Criminology’ is made for the dancefloor. Big synth energy and radio-friendly vocals build up to what is undoubtedly a peak time tune, sure to bring the energy up to 10!

Side Spice - Camel Kush [Clip]

A 12 month hiatus comes to an end courtesy of my new two part mix, first up the A side. The A side consists of mainly liquid/ soulful drum & bass music that I regularly listen too, it show cases the more 'gentle' side of Drum & Bass music.
B side will follow suit within the next couple of months which will highlight a darker, more evil side.
