Somewhat a followup to City Streets - this was made in the same era.

Collection of Liquid Drum & Bass works from 2021~2024.
This album is a testament to almost 4 years of producing, while still not finding what I truly enjoy making. Perhaps, one could say I'm lost. But at the same time, I've been lost forever yet I've never felt like it was truly a problem. So Let's hope the next few years are equally filled with both ups and downs - I think this is what makes my life so interesting.
Liquid DnB has been a great genre to produce over the years, with inspiration by Makoto, LSB, Harry Shotta, and many more. While being a genre I sometimes consider as 'lazy' or 'uninspired', I still think it's one of the widest subgenres of drum & bass, considering the range of instruments---both synthetic and acoustic---which can be used.

The cover artwork and video visuals are a love letter to my magnificent country and region - the French Alps, and showcase something I really enjoy: taking deep breaths outside through driving, hiking or cycling. The photo was taken in 2023 during a bivouac and is the westside of Taillefer from the Plateau des Lacs, and various videos were taken from 2021 to today on various trips and hikes, by car, foot or bicycle.

We welcome back Tephra to Dispatch Limited for the Shift EP. Previously known by label fans for his work with long term production partner Arkoze, this release sees Tephra fully explore his own sound as he curates this 5 track EP, packed with his own production and selected guests.

As an aspiring producer Tephra turned to Nick Modern for advice when getting started, so it is fitting that the first track on this release see the two talented producers work with each other as peers, bringing us ‘Side by Side’ featuring the unmistakable vocal talents of Collette Warren.

The EP also features ‘Connection’ a collaboration with close friend Edison, the excellent Melysma Remix of the classic Tephra & Arkoze track ‘Instinct (ft Hillzy)’, and two solo tracks from Tephra – ‘Shift’ and ‘Eerie One’.

Soul Deep Digital, Operator Unknown, and Carmi are proud to present the ‘Ready For You EP’, which is now available in all major digital stores and streaming sites.  Operator Unknown returns to Soul Deep, but this time he’s accompanied by the ultra talented vocalist, Carmi, whose vocal stylings add a touch of class and beauty to the project.  The EP represents the third release from Operator Unknown on Soul Deep, who is building an impressive back catalogue on the imprint.  The title track, “Ready For You,” kicks things off with its melancholic piano chords, shuffling breaks, bouncy bassline, and smooth vocals, that help elevate the track into an instant classic.  “Do You Remember,” is up next and features snappy breaks, lush piano chords, soaring vocals, and a wobbling bassline that fits the groove like a glove.  TOO GOOD!  The EP is rounded out by two solo tracks from Operator Unknown, who uses thoughtful melodies, tasteful Hip-Hop lyrics, and catchy choruses to create more undeniable dancefloor grooves.  Overall, this release highlights Operator Unknown’s diversity, and his ability to flip in many different styles.  ESSENTIAL!!
