Gustavo Alfaro is the mind behind the Centurio Senex project. Based in San Jose, Costa Rica from a very early age has shown great interest and passion for various types of music, which also has led him to explore it from its most extreme variants like Metal, Punk, Grindcore and many more. 

Between 2018 and 2019 he discovered Psychedelic Trance, being totally hooked to the sound of this music and after attending a couple of parties and listening to differents types of sonic landscapes from this genre he started to have the feeling to share and spread these sounds around and decided to start his DJ project. 

Centurio Senex, stands out for a selection between Forest and Darkpsy where it predominates the use of low tones with organic sounds and continuous twisted fat basslines, with the intention to induce a deep trance that allows us to reach places beyond the ordinary experience in the depths of the human mind.
