I liked the wave more back in 2024 when it was more niche and everyone was consistently doing plugg or a sub-genre of it. Now, the quality significantly dropped after Kurumi blew and I'm not really enjoying most of the new people music in terms of vocals or how they're flowing. That, and I'm sick of Lil Ocean stalking me and following whoever I follow, even after blocking him, and his general behavior towards me is very creepy, obsessive, opportunistic, and superficial. I only kept doing this because there were people who genuinely appreciated me for making the Waifu Plugg playlists and I wanted to support people in this community but now, I don't know if I should stop or not.)
