In the heart of the concrete jungle, where techno and tribal beats roam the airwaves, a warmer groove master lands on the shores of New York City aiming to make a deep foot print in the city that never sleeps. Growing up in a Russian/Ukrainian household meant listening to a lot of Nice Guy Dad's Shanson tapes, a genre of Russian music rich in melancholic melodies and deeper themes.Nice Guy B's production is timeless, groovy and organic in flavor, offering an interesting and non-conventional combination of sounds. A lot of inspiration and mentoring came overseas, when Nice Guy B lived in Berlin for 6 months and watched some of the world's most renowned DJs perform. Inspired by the likes of Guti, Simon Baker,Solomun, Maceo Plex and countless other fantastic artists, at the end of the day Nice Guy B is representing the one and only New York City so expect to hear some Danny Tenaglia, Boris, Victor Calderone infused sounds.
