Fuad Jorge Jury, better known by his stage name Leonardo Favio, was an Argentine singer, actor and filmmaker. He is considered one of Argentina's best film directors and one of the country's most enduring cultural figures, as well as a popular singer-songwriter throughout Latin America. My parents use to get so drunk to this guy and his music i have many fond memories. but it's not at all like his original. i could not do it justice in that way. so I made up a version, added some minor lyrics and rocked it out. it's raw and it's very different.

The song was written by Mike Reid and Allen Shamblin, and they have discussed how the idea came from a news article and a phrase about not being able to make someone love you.

Cielo Paraiso translated from Spanish means 'Heavenly Paradise'. In Finnish ,Muistaa means “to remember” something yourself; its 2nd person singular imperative is muista (“remember!”). Muistuttaa means “to remind” someone else; its 2nd person singular imperative is muistuta (“remind!”). Here you’re asking someone to remind you, so you need muistuta. Of course, it’s all written in Spanish and the verses on the out. Talk about to remember me, so it’s a twist in a lot of different ways. It's a reminder of our natural state of being in peace with each other in a heavenly state of love and abundance. But I don’t know, I really like that progression and then went through the process of trying to discover lyrics for it. Once I had the Title. I do like the nostalgia, kind of tango bottom feeling, and a little bit of twist of bachata with the percussions so it’s new territory for me. I hope some of you like it. I really enjoyed discovering the different colors subtle characteristics of this song

Cielo Paraiso - Muista minua

This is not in the Lamento genre, but i would almost throw it in there. It is inspired by a conversation with someone where i was pointing out some good moments and the great times, when i was interrupted and clearly told those "moments and times" were in the past or in spanish: "Lo que Fue". The phrase has stuck with me for months. Until finally, this popped out of my creative juices and i am grateful. Maybe now, i can let that go. I kept the production simple as to not take away from the message and melody.
