Change is inevitable, and nowhere is this more prevalent than in the world of dance music. Analog gives way to digital, trends come and go, yet NYC’s DJ Joeski remains at the top of his game. Now, in the midst of his fourth decade as one of house music’s most sought-after stars, his momentum shows no signs of slowing.

Joeski’s trajectory can be traced back to 1991, when he burst onto the NYC house music scene as a founding member of The Chocolate Factory DJ collective. He delighted crowds at Limelight, Tunnel, Palladium, and NASA, helped turn “Save The Robots” into a NYC afterhours institution, and earned his first residency at “Together” parties at the legendary Roxy, playing alongside the likes of Danny Tenaglia, Louie Vega, and Roger Sanchez.

Already a fixture on the U.S. and Canadian club circuit, in the late 90’s Joeski added production to his repertoire, building his own recording studio and spending the next few years mastering his craft. In 2000 he burst into the clubs and onto the charts with hit after hit on Electrik Soul, Siesta, Chez, and Camouflage, emerging as one of the most sought-after DJs, remixers, and producers in the scene.

In 2001 Joeski launched Maya Records, with releases like “Hustler’s Revenge” and his collaboration with DJ Chus on “El Amor” propelling the label to the forefront of the U.S. house music sound that would become a global phenomenon and win him worldwide acclaim from clubbers and fellow DJs alike.

Demand for his studio skills has grown exponentially over the past two decades, with Joeski producing and remixing on many of the industry’s most influential labels, including Ministry of Sound, Defected, Bedrock, Nervous, Cajual, Relief, KMS, Compost, Hot Creations, Poker Flat, Crosstown Rebels, Dirtybird, Suara, and Desert Hearts. Such a strong and consistent studio output has helped catapult him further into the ranks of the house music elite.

Now in its 20th year, his Maya label continues to release a steady output of quality material that remains fixtures on the Beatport and Traxsource tech and deep house charts. 2021 also saw his creation of Aztec Tribalism Recordings, as an outlet for deep, tribal, and afro-leaning house music.

Fueled by his genuine love of the music and his hard work through the years, there’s no doubt that Joeski will continue to play a major role both behind the decks and in the studio, captivating new generations of club-goers and maintaining his place as one of dance music’s most enduring talents.

Cesar del Rio is a Spanish artist of palpable worldly dimensions, gifted with an extremely affable sound character, which elevates even further if possible, his current category of House and Tech House genius and also Chill and Lounge facets all the way up to limbo where timeless legends live.

Cosmopolitan and Balearic House –from all time- has in Cesar del Rio one of its primary, most reputable and active exponents. Not without reason his 12 years as resident DJ at the mega-famous club Privilege Ibiza back him as one of the essential selectors and global artists imperative in order to understand the musical happenings in the “White Island” and the evolution of Balearic sound to its full expression.

A 25-year career and innumerable gigs all over the World, also residencies in the old “Pacha Mallorca”, “El Divino Mallorca”, “Salvacion Ibiza” and “Privilege Brasil”

Add to that his collaboration with “La Fura dels Baus” during the summer of 2007/8 in Privilege Ibiza

Nominated by Deejaymags as the best resident DJ in Ibiza during the consecutive years of 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007

Nominated as best DJ of the year in 2007, 2008, 2009

Also worth to highlight the producer aspect of this artist, with over 180 own productions that take us from chill, lounge, house, tech house up to flamenco, with an album called “Plazasonora-Mirame” that sold 18.000 copies. As well as winner of a gold record for the sale of over 68.000 copies of  the “Privilege Ibiza 2000” compilation.

He also has his own lounge album, which was recently released “Cesar del Rio & Nacho Serrano – Colores Mediterraneos”

His latest productions in collaboration with Alberto Ruiz have been edited by labels such as Bla bla and Lapsus (Supernova)

He is currently working on new projects with Danniel Selfmade (Infamous Rec)

In addition he runs a daily radio program “Colores Mediterraneos” Monday to Friday from 3pm to 4pm for Vicious Radio a National broadcast
