Cesca Waterfield is a singer-songwriter whose work reflects her upbringing in Alabama and Virginia. Her gift for story-songs and eerie characters elicits comparisons between Cesca and other writers unmistakably Southern. She wraps vocals so believable around tales of heartache, revenge and lust, it's as if she’s not only the medium for her cast of characters, but has lived a while as each of them.

Annie has been playing in Hampton Roads since 1994 and has released 6 albums of original material beginning with 1998's Letters From L.A. followed by Sybil, Here We Are, Black & Blue, Tie Dye Army and Dollhouse.
