Created using software based synthesis and binaural technology, this digital recording consists of a collection of evocative sounds combined with brainwave entrainment tones for inducing a 4.5 Hz theta brainwave cycle. Theta activity reflects the dreamlike state between wakefulness and sleep. Theta rhythms are associated with the deepest states of shamanic consciousness. Binaural beats can induce profoundly deep altered states within minutes and support the listener in making shamanic journeys. All you need is a pair of stereo headphones and a comfortable chair. The shamanic journey is a time-honored method of inner consultation. It is a way of communicating with your inner self and retrieving information. Your inner self is in constant communication with all aspects of your environment, seen and unseen. You need only journey within to find answers to your questions.

Begin your journey by sitting in a dimly lit space and wearing headphones. Reflect for a moment on the purpose of your journey, and then begin listening to the recording. Focus your attention on the drifting soundscape, then close your eyes and feel yourself being carried away by the sounds. It will take a few minutes for brain waves to synchronize with the binaural beat. Once you enter a trance state, you may experience a change in body temperature, feel energy flowing through your body, or find yourself twitching or rocking. It is not uncommon to hear sounds or voices. You may see colorful patterns, symbolic images, or dreamlike visions. 

In some cases, your journey experiences will be clear and easy to understand. At other times, your journey may be dreamlike and full of symbolism. Interpret such journeys as you would any dream. Look for possible associations related to each symbol or image. The key is to observe whatever happens without trying to analyze the experience. Like developing any skill, journeying takes practice. Nothing may happen on your first journeys. You may only experience darkness. When this happens, simply try again at a different time. BIOGRAFIA:
O artista "Cevas" é proveniente de Alcaide, está ligado ao movimento Hip-Hop no Fundão através da crew formada ao longo do tempo intitulada de "FND Crew", como um dos pioneiros da região, vindo até aos dias de hoje a alimentar a verdadeira essência da cultura segundo os ancestrais, mantendo-se "underground" para a comunidade, partilhando os seus últimos feitos pela internet.
A primeira letra de "Cevas" foi registada em 1999 no Fundão, música perdida no tempo, na altura em que acompanhava os primeiros MC´s de Portugal tais como os da colectânea "Rapública", o grupo "Da Weasel" e "Boss AC". Através do programa "Repto" conheceu nomes como "Massa Suliana" ou mesmo "Sam The Kid, Xeg, Kacetado, Valete"... entre outros e dj´s da altura. Enquanto isso já conhecia o movimento no Porto com "Mind da Gap", "Dealema", "7PM", "Matozoo", "Triângulo Dourado"... 
O Hip-Hop internacional que lhe chegava gravado em K7 e mais tarde em cd foi desde "Gabriel O Pensador", "Cypress Hill", "Onyx",  "Wu-Tang Clan", "Snoop Dog", "2Pac", "B.I.G.", "PsychoRealm", House of Pain", "Necro", "Jedi Mind Tricks", "Beastie Boys", "Public Enemy", "Krs-One", "NTM", "I AM", "Sayan Supa Crew", "Looptroopers"...
Criou um projecto em conjunto com "B-Boy Snap" e "Santareno" intitulado de "Triblia".
 Efectuou um álbum com o Inglês residente em Sevilha "L Waxo", "Bush Communication", participou em álbuns do mesmo, foi pioneiro em Portugal ao juntar MC´s de todo o mundo num álbum chamado "Hip-Hop United Nations".
Participou no álbum do MC de Tenerife, "El Cholo" e numa faixa do álbum "Knowledgetik" do MC americano de Colorado "ZPoorman".
Criou o cypher internacional que vai já na sua 4º edição, sendo assim um dos primeiros em Portugal a criar constantemente movimento fora e dentro do país.
  Em Dezembro de 2015 lançou uma promo álbum, definitivamente o primeiro álbum consistente, "A Antecipar o Futuro", em conjunto com o seu primeiro vídeo clip do tema "Entendido".
Preferindo se dedicar mais ao lado MCing, tem feito musica com produtores tais como "D´Éléments", "D´Unknown", "Sinking Augury", "CCRL", "Big Jonh Loops",  "Vinyl Min-D",  "Scoov", "Uno", "Pilha",  entre outros.
De momento vive na Covilhã,  no seu estúdio "Cevas Lair".
