César découvre la « trance-goa » en 1998 à travers
l'association "Spiritual Freequencies", dont il sera un bénévole actif.
C'est suite à son voyage épique avec DJ DRISS lors du festival SAMOTRAKI en 2001, qu'il décide de participer à la fondation de l’association HADRA .
Technicien du son, diplômé de l'école GRIM EDIF à Lyon, il a exercé pendant plus de 10 ans la fonction de régisseur son.
Artiste discret, il concentre aujourd'hui essentiellement son
activité vers la formation avec l’association TRANSUBTIL
Collectionneur de machines improbables, il assure notamment les enseignements portant sur l'analogique et partage volontiers ses nombreuses connaissances en terme d'acoustique, de synthèse sonore ou d'histoire…
aujourd’hui il a décidé de faire vibrer les dancefloors,
par ses créations et ses mixes, orientés progressive et full-on... 

Filterheads is the fresh, psychedelic trance project of Joakim & Mike. 
The duo bring a new twist to night psychedelic music. 
Concocting a blend of heavy hitting yet funky bass-lines, trippy soundscapes and screaming leads. While utilizing quirky, tongue in cheek samples to keep the vibes lively and the dancefloor buzzing.        

In a short amount of time the music has taken the global psytrance scene by surprise. 
Launching their debut EP 'Space Apes' which cemented the project and kicked off a flock of festival bookings across the European festival circuit and abroad.
Blasting at iconic parties such as Modem, Ozora, Antaris, Universo Parallelo and many more... 

Their 2nd EP 'Darkside of the Spoon' followed, and again has proven that the music is resonating wildly across the globe.
With plans for an album set for a 2017 release. Expect more music and developments, as things have only just begun to heat up within Filterheads lab.

Many record labels were founded during the Nineties when the Psy-Trance scene experienced its most massive expansion. Undoubtedly many of them made an important contribution to Trance culture - but in the end, barely any survived up to today. In this respect, HOMmega Productions is unparalleled: Founded already in 1997 by Dj Eyal Yankovich (RIP), Moshe Keinan, and Meir Cohen, HOMmega not only became one of the richest in tradition labels of the scene but also one of its strongest driving forces.
Hommega’s roster through the years included key artists to the development of the Psytrance scene such as Astrix, Infected Mushroom, Cosma, Xerox, Sub6, Juno Reactor, PsySex, Yahel, Pixel, Domestic, Space Cat, Skazi, and many others. The label's two series of compilations "Full On" and "Israliens" (both reached 7 volumes), were instrumental to the development of the Psytrance sound.
