Morning Chorus (3).  Recorded on the 21st of January 2009 at 7.22am, near the village of Na Luum Ca in the foothills of the Maya mountains in the south of Belize, Central America.  Recording 1780.

Morning Chorus with various birds.   Recorded at 6.19am on the 22nd of January 2011 in north Brazil in the Xixuau area.  A Screaming Piha sings well.  Recording 2085.   Picture is from Pixabay.com

2915-Late Morning Chorus - 27May2016- 7.25am - SchoolGarden.  20m35.  Rated 9 (Of 9).  Early morning in the school garden in Palupohja in the Alam Pedja reserve Estonia.  The microphones were pointing into the dense foliage under and about the oak trees by the abandoned house.  Very many species call or sing.  At 10m18 the loudest part of the recording, this peak goes to minus 4.5db.  This recording was boosted by 5db during processing and bass filtered.  Rode NT2A抯 ?Omni.    58.42129癗  -  26.23432癊.

Late Morning Chorus - 27May2016 - 7.25am

2888-1MorningChorus19May16-440Palup4824.  24m35.  Rated 9.  Around 5m00 a slight distant noise like a jet, by 6m00 it becomes a slight hum.  There is hum from the beginning of the recording.  8m20 some tiny non-descript noises.  At 11m11 the Golden Oriole begins to sing.  14m32 some non-descript noises at low level, a 90Hz cut helps here.  17m48 the Oriole stops singing, but is soon heard again but at a distance.  23m25 distant hum.  Recorded at the crossroads near the sauna house in the Alam Pedja reserve Estonia.  A star recording, a must have.    Equipment;  A pair of Rode NT2A’s, a Sound Devices MixPre microphone pre amp and a Marantz PMD661 solid state recorder set to 48/24 (For the original recording).      
GPS = 58.42099°N   -   26.23137°E.
