What speaks old time electronica more than vintage drum patches and an old jazz kit with brushes?  :) 
Due to my recent trip to France, I was unable to participate in the last few projects and thought there was no way to make anything happen for this one as well. Having returned just yesterday, and sill groggy from jet lag, I found a recording I had worked on previously and thought I might make a go of it.
I altered this piece quite a bit, from the original recording I had made some months ago, but overall I feel it represents the spirit of the exercise. 
The theme of the piece is to present something old and new, together and synchronous while avoiding familiar forms of transition.
