Malakai of DarkRealm, hailing from Texas, emerges as a prominent figure in the underground music scene. His artistic endeavors delve deep into themes of the occult, murder, horror, suicide, satanic rituals, darkness, evil, pimping, drug culture, violence, and blasphemy.

As a music producer, Malakai crafts beats that are characterized by their dark, atmospheric, and cinematic qualities, often drawing inspiration from horror films. His production style pays homage to influential figures such as Three 6 Mafia, DJ Zirk, DJ Sound, Dr. Dre, Project Pat, Skinny Pimp, and DJ Screw, blending their influences into a distinctive sound that resonates with the underground music community.

Throughout his career, Malakai has collaborated with a roster of underground legends including Evil Pimp, Krucifix Klan, La Chat, Z-Dogg, Tinimaine, Hardcore Montana, Apoc Krysis, DJKILLAC, Lord Infamous, Lil Wyte, Seed of 6ix, ZedZilla, Ganksta N-I-P as well as mainstream artists like That Mexican Ot and DeeBaby. These collaborations underscore his versatility and influence within both underground and mainstream circles.

Currently, Malakai runs his own production company and independent label known as Dark Realm Ent. The label's name pays homage to his earlier days with the legendary underground rap group, Dark Realm Souljahz, solidifying his commitment to pushing boundaries and shaping the future of the "devil shit," Memphis phonk, and horrorcore genres.
