In this time of global conflict, constant change, and intense social pressures, it can be easy to become overwhelmed with emotion.

When we avoid or distract, we shut ourselves down. When we let it all flow through us, the grief, the anger, the joy, we open up to more life. Rather than letting it spill out onto those around us, we move to channel these energies onto the dance floor. 

This set was created for our community to journey into the darkness, face our shadows, claim back our power, and emerge back into the world, choosing love.

It is about the full spectrum of our humanity. It is about spirituality beyond religion. It is about love, divine love, that is available to all of us, at any time.

It is also a reflection of my journey this year meeting the woman of my dreams and the wild ride we've shared pre and post marriage.
