The Koto base deserves to be revived!

Anyways, I deleted the Sparta Balance Base cause I think it sounds rushed, i didn't take enough time to properly fine tune it and make it sound good. 

I think this base is much better, and I'm much more proud of it. Didn't put too many elements in this base, since I wanted it to feel a bit calmer.
