CSQ: Tell us a bit about your local techno scene. How has it shaped you as an artist?

ZEV: The techno scene in Budapest has a lot to offer. I personally try to go to as many events as I can to explore different genres, including industrial techno, hardgroove, and psytrance. It's allowed me to integrate different sounds into my sets, which I think is extremely important if you want to take the listener through a journey.

CSQ: Would you like to share anything with the listeners about the set?

ZEV: I recently stopped planning my sets altogether and let my intuition take over. This way, I feel more freedom to express my style, which I'm still working on. Personally, industrial techno is best when there's a good balance between being hard, groovy, and progressive. For this particular set, I tried to select as many tracks as possible that I thought deserve more attention.

CSQ: How does the set reflect the development of your style and your DJing since you started?

ZEV: When I started mixing a few months ago, my style was more focused on hard drops and kicks. Since then, it slowly progressed more into a "groovy bochka" style, with minimal breaks and a progressive, hypnotic sound. I like to keep the energy going, but it's also important to know when to tone it down a bit.
