Nascido em 1990, o cantor Wagner Luther desde a infância já dava seus primeiros passos na música, gostava de se apresentar na igreja e na escola. Aos 10 anos começou a estudar música e a se apresentar em corais de sua cidade natal, Boa Vista – Roraima. Aos 17 anos entrou para uma banda de baile onde teve sua primeira experiencia profissional que foi logo interrompida para dar continuidade aos estudos universitários.
 
Hoje o cantor sente-se preparado para dar continuidade à carreira, e diz: “não há fronteiras para música e nem espaço para preconceitos musicais, quero dar meu melhor no palco e no EP (Exemplar Prévio) que estou produzindo, para isso estou prezando pela qualidade em todos os aspectos, é uma maneira de presentear o público”.
 
Amante de desafios, o cantor lançou, no final do mês de setembro de 2014, o seu primeiro clipe com música inédita, dando uma prévia da qualidade do trabalho antes do lançamento do seu EP previsto para o mês de novembro de 2014.

David Cuervo (CHAMUEL) was born on the 16th of August at 4:10 in the afternoon.  He was the first son of a typical Cuban family.  His father and mother had completed their careers in the History of Art in the University of Havana. 
Not a lot of time passed when the infant broke out his artistic inclinations.  At the ripe old age of 1, after listening to a song, he would grab any article simulating a microphone and started to sing and dance.  He later would incessantly repeat every melody he heard on the radio or television.  He loved playing the guitar placing his hands like a professional while singing a melody that came to his mind.    
At three years of age he already would sing complete songs of Latin American singers.  Because of this, his grandmother insisted he be enrolled in the music school specializing in the violin.  David resisted this because his dream was to become a singer and actor, not a violinist.   
At 4 years of age, interrupting his teacher, he stood up in class and began to sing a song he had heard in the morning on TV before leaving the house.  During this impromtu performance, he also performed improvised song selections.  with his mother's help, he composed his first lyrics to "No Te Vallas De La Puerta Mi Amor, Los Pollos Están Flacos Mi Amor,  y Los Mangos Gritan Cuando Caen Al Suelo."  At this same time he was selected to interpret an actor in the infant story on TV, “Para Aymé Con Amor”. 
At 8 years of age he enrolled in the children's choir of Camaguey, Cuba.  He was a soprano under the direction of Chappotin, Music Master.  He also participated in the marching band in the school where he attended regularly.. 
at 10 years of age he created a BREAK DANCING group.  With the help of the Cultural Center of Camaguey presented in theaters and dances with much popular acclaim.   
At 15 years of age he returned to composition, exploring his capacity to expand this art, in which he simultaneously intersects the music and the poetry.  Soon after he starts taking classes in piano and acting.   

The next year he created his first urban musical group called "Frequencia Mental."  It became the center of attraction in that moment in the city of Camaguey.  Critics chirped, "Their voices, charisma, projection of incredible choreography, allowed for the public to accept them, winning over the hearts of all the adolescents in the city."  David Cuervo (CHAMUEL) allowed his group to feel the preferences in quality of being the first urban music group in the Center of Music. His name appears in the gallery of the Cultural House in Camaguey as the originator of HIP-HOP and POP.    

At 20 he rejected a tour to Mexico and separating from the group he emigrated to the United States where with virtually no family, away from loved ones and friends, embarked on an arduous and difficult phase in his life. He worked very hard to overcome the obstacles and the changes of this magnitude that affects the life of any human being. He integrates into a new society and return to the music with a renewed sense. Went back to singing lessons and simultaneously composed beautiful and profound lyrics that reflect his feelings and the new experiences. He appears in Coconut Groove nightclubs, Miami Beach, the famous BONGOS club and participated in the Carnival Music Festival on Calle Ocho and Youth Music Awards.
Visualizing the production of an album and starting a new career as a solo artist he released a POP ROCK album in spanish self-titled CHAMUEL on February 24, 2011 . With a total of 14 songs, singles like "Magico", "Como Le Hago" and "Si Te Pinto". Produced by a talented music producer of the city of Miami, an the support of excellent musicians who provided the final touch to this work of art.
With this launch in the month of February 2011, he traveled to several Latin American countries. Featuring interviews on live television shows and major radio stations on each country. Getting the acceptance of youth and every viewer in his presentations.

Currently the songs of this album can be heard on several radio stations all across South America in countries like Mexico, Spain, Ecuador, Paraguay, Argentina, Venezuela, Panama, Guatemala and Miami.
The song number 6 from the album, entitled "Me ando buscando", was chosen as the theme song for the movie "With Elizabeth in Mount Dora" under the direction of Johnny Obando which was released in mid-2012 for the Latin American Cinema.
Continuing this fantastic journey that takes him through the music, CHAMUEL is at the moment producing a new electronic music album (PROGRESSIVE & ELECTRO HOUSE MUSIC), in which he performs for the very first time in English. Teaming up with Double Grammy Winner ALEX ARIAS.
A full 360 degree turn in his career, now into an active music genre, lively, young and universal that will expand his horizons, conquering all who will listen and discover the authentic and melodic sound of his voice through the deep and magical messages characterized in his compositions.
