"2020" is the electronic music project of the Iranian artist Amin Moeini, hailing from Fars Province in Southern Iran. Born on November 21, 1988, the artist Amin Moeini has always had a passionate interest in music, so at 13, he started to learn to play the xylophone for 1 year. After receiving his master's degree in physical education in 2015, he chose "2020" as his project's name representing his debut as a musician. It then took Amin - a self-taught musician - three years to produce and finally publish his first piece of music in 2018 which was initially met by DJ Shahar's support, the very same musician who played Amin's first single at the 2018 Boom Festival. He emigrated to Ukraine in late 2020 but for some reasons he had to move back to Iran again.

The concept of the number "2020": Number 2020 brings together the energies and attributes of the number 2 and number 0, both appearing twice, amplifying their influences. Number 2 resonates with the vibrations and attributes of service and duty, balance, and harmony, adaptability, and diplomacy, cooperation and consideration, receptivity and love. Number 2 also relates to partnerships and relationships, intuition and insight, faith and trust, and serving your Divine life purpose and soul mission. Number 0 carries the energies of the ‘God’ force and Universal Energies and reinforces the vibrations of the numbers it appears with. Number 0 resonates with developing one’s spiritual aspects, the beginning of a spiritual journey, eternity, infinity, oneness, wholeness, continuing cycles, and flow, and the beginning point...

The highest goal of music is to connect soul to its divine nature, not just entertainment :)

kosha (Sanskrit कोश, IAST: kośa), usually rendered "sheath", the covering of the Atman, or Self. 

kośa is a soundsmith who brings you a flavour mixing - downtempo, acid house, minimal//deep-tech ranging from 80 to 120 bpm, electronic yet organic tunes, deep hypnotic meditative grooves and solid kicks infused with Indian, Arabic and other Ethnic influences which we beautifully term 'spiritual deeptech' a genre coined by kośa, rooted in the deepest part of India's underground scene.

ॐ//om -The great primordial sound, the original sound from which the universe was created, the sound of all sounds together. According to Hindu metaphysics everything is made of sounds (vibrations), since everything is sound, healing through it, is an ancient ritual, as sound is not only heard through our ears but vibrates within every cell of our bodies.

For us at kosa records this network gives space to connect ideas of various forms to do art for art's sake - not for social recognition. to break the rules of systematic exploitation of the artist's energy and to feel the soul in synchonicity.
there are no limits, as there is no mind. 

We consumed too much music and it started to leak and this is when kośa evolved into a record label in January 2019 with the release of their first various artists compilation Mīmāṃsā, though the real beginnings were with our Podcast series the raga saga https://soundcloud.com/kosamusica/sets/the-raga-saga where in we showcase an hour of beautiful music from our favorite artists from around the world.

50% of all proceeds are donated to Pawbro India Foundation that aims at feeding stray dogs and other animals in Pune, India, feeding over 150 strays everyday. Part of the artists’ stream shares are directed towards these efforts.
