5TH ANNIVERSARY OF 'BLACK CAT' - BLACK CAT.2 OUT NOW X

Born in Coventry, UK - Duke Keats influences range from pop veterans The Beatles, Prince, David Bowie, Pink Floyd and Jimi Hendrix to more contemporary sounds from the likes of Toro Y Moi, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Sonic Youth and Steve Lacy. Duke records and writes his own music and songs, mixing lo-fi production techniques and live recorded music to create a concept world of characters, stories and sonic landscapes.

Duke and his band have supported acts such as Her's, Penelope Isles, Kansas Smitty's, FEET, Moonwalks & Marker Starling and sang alongside the legendary Laetitia Sadier of Stereolab on the track 'Waiting For Grace'. His latest shows were with highly acclaimed Japanese folk artist Ichiko Aoba, Fuzz club records Detroit band Moonwalks & a Sofar Sounds performance at Coventry Cathedral and a slot at Timber Festival 23. Also, since the release of his new single 'Heavy Heartbreak' he has recently performed with C Duncan of Bella union & Welsh legends HMS Morris. As 2024 progresses Duke will be performing at local music festivals Moto fest 24 & Godiva Festival 24 in partnership with The Coventry Music Museum as their Artist of The Month. He also had the chance to perform inside the museum and had a display put up off his work. 

Also, Duke had the privilege of creating the musical score for UK fashion brand Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY AW21 collection film 'GLOOM'  directed by famed fashion photographer Thurstan Redding.
