Max Page is a 19-year-old DJ and Producer hailing from Newcastle, England. Supported by Jaguar on BBC Introducing, he brings the lethal '52 Brudenell' for his debut ZF label release.

Through owning his own event with fellow club scene fantastic Reiss, he has managed to build his own reputation throughout the rising electronic scene and by building strong musical connections, has managed to create himself a platform to build and expand from. With lots of unreleased tunes sitting in his collection, 2021 is looking like a promising year for young artist.

Black Fancy makes his Hottrax debut this July with ‘M.M.M.’. 

A longstanding resident for Insane Event in his hometown of Parma, Black Fancy’s groovy rhythms have taken trips on labels such as Suara, Deeperfect and Whoyostro. For his next voyage, the Italian DJ and producer sets sail on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax with his funky two-tracker ‘M.M.M.’. 

Pumping basslines, energetic stabs and playful rap samples fuel the driving lead track ‘M.M.M.’, before electronic bleeps, loopy lyrics and snaking percussion combine over vibrating low-ends in the zesty finale ‘No Stoppin’’.

All your favorite "Underground" House Labels may not hit us up but that wont stop me from working!
The Track I scheduled for the third week of releases I felt needed a backup track, so I had the previously released "Designer Drugs" as the B Side for "U Needed Me". Either way, we were impressed enough with the work to release it!
Update; Ximena's grown a fond love for Bocci, Spellbook has been reaching it's final stages and should be able to make the upgrade to a new O.S. entitled "Hexadecimal". I on the other hand have taken to the old book and pipe in the evenings lol.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy and we hope to garner more love and support from around the world so we can release our Vinyl and our sound can never die!

U Needed Me

Chapeau Music goes from strength to strength here with an amazing produced four-track EP from the up and coming producer hailing from Newcastle: Max Page.

His first ever release kicks off with “Shellin it”, a powerful track dominated by an arpeggiated synth led and a stately kickdrum that sets the tone for what’s to come thanks to well thought out blend vocal sounds with relentless drums throughout. This track gives a proper idea about the Max Page sound right now.
The remix is entrusted to the skilled hands of Oots, a Melbourne-based DJ and Producer that provided a peak time jungle influenced banger remix keeping in mind the soul and the intentions of the Original Mix.
The impressive hardcore aesthetics and sweaty hug energy and overall mood of this remix make it a pure gem to be played out.
“Kudo” has a racy approach on Techno keeping the spirit of the “90s” vibe. Soft rhodes in contrast with pumping synths and short vocal shots. The energetic texture that this track has is driven by few elements well combined on the drumline, all these things make this track a definitely versatile must have inside the DJ bag.
The final track “Poolside” leads us in the happiest part of the ep, a piano house track that perfectly fits the end of this EP. The solid bassline marks the direction to be taken during the dance, the vocal elements help to create an ethereal atmosphere that creates impatient waiting for the various drops. A song that takes us to the poolside, and does it with absolute style.
