When ENVP Christy Dreiling asked the NVPs in Arbonne the question…”What leadership traits have you seen in the people that get momentum and make it to NVP? Also, what are the traits that you have seen in people that do not get there?”
I compiled all the answers  into a word document and tallied up the most common traits mentioned...I thought the insight and wisdom in the document was an invaluable resource for anyone wanting to go to the top level, so here is my training interpreting the results :-)
