The rhythm, the groove and faith in simplicity. All of them are hallmarks of Skudge. Started as a duo in 2009, the project is now a solo effort (with live performance help from another individual). The Skudge universe has come a long way from the anonymous and humble beginnings to world-wide recognition through the labels Skudge Records, Skudge Presents and Skudge White.

Right from the start, the main output has been on Skudge’s own label. This resulted in a Berghain live set right after the first release of Skudge Records. 

A steady string of vinyl releases followed, with remix EP’s in conjunction of their own work. Their unique take on music also produced EP’s on Dekmantel and Indigo Area as well as remixes on a wide array of talented artists such as Donato Dozzy, Anthony „Shake“ Shakir, Instra:mental, Ben Sims, among others.

The fine sense of loops, detail and taste have reached people for almost a decade. Be it through their EP’s or albums, hardware focused live sets which has been performed at numerous clubs and events world-wide or by way of recognized labels and podcasts: one thing remains, which is that the Skudge artistry and label are here to stay.

Raised in a multicultural home and nourished by multi-genre music from around the world, her life in Paris steeped her taste in electronic music and the sub-genres. Hitting the party capitals of the world from Ibiza to Berlin to catch top acts further fuelled her love for the scene. Currently based in Kuala Lumpur, a city with a rapidly growing underground scene, she's sharing her love for music - inspired by the creative energies of Brooklyn during her Big Apple stint.

Currently based in Kuala Lumpur, a city with a rapidly growing underground scene, she’s sharing her love for music inspired by her frequent travels to different parts of the world, absorbing their unique sound and vibe to create her distinctive sets and productions.
Playing at some of the best house and techno nights in the city, has seen her spin from global capitals like NYC to islands like Bali and celebrated international music festivals, such as Wonderfruit/It's The Ship. Her passion for the house/techno genre infused with her unique blend of global ethnic centric music has seen her go from strength to strength with every set she plays, transporting her audience onto exotic cerebral mindscapes.

This dedication to her craft has gained her opening spots for international DJs such as Hugel, Claptone, Re.You, Anja Schneider, Sabb, Juliet Fox, Technasia, Bas Iberlini, Amine K, Bambounou, David Squillace, Stefano Noferini, Nora en Pure and Alle Farben to name a few. Her first EP, Budaya on Sweatbox Records made it to Beatport's Top Melodic House & Techno Releases, received a write up from Mixmag Asia and was supported by DJs like Dubfire, Animal Trainer, Pete Tong and many others. Her 2nd single on Lump Records VA compilation hit No.1 on Beatport's Top Afro House releases & her recent EP with Voyeur Music has support from some top artists in the scene. It is this very dedication to her craft that gained her opening spots for international DJs such as Re.You, You And Me, Matthias Meyer and Nico Pusch to name a few. It also got her a mention on Pulse Radio’s “7 Female DJ’s That Are Rocking The Kuala Lumpur Scene Right Now” list.

Hailing from the Netherlands, building a relationship with music through an array of equipment where he developed the hallmark of his analogue/digital sound.
Never one to stick to a particular stylistic blueprint, Navar effortlessly melds elements of minimal, techno, progressive and electronica. He has continually impressed since a debut on Klopfgeist imprint in 2010, building a highly impressive discography of productions for Lost & Found, microCastle, Replug, Balance Music, Sound Avenue, Proton, Higher States and more. His music routinely earns the praise of Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Sasha, Henry Saiz and a host of other respected industry figures.

Electronic music luminaries Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Chaim, 16 Bit Lolitas, Boris Werner and YokoO chose to remix the Dutch artist's creations, all of which received critical and commercial acclaim. Always looking to further his creative avenues, Navar collaborates with like minded musicians when the synergy is right. Being locked away in the studio in the early days, have led him to heights that he never could have imagined at the time. Navar set out to carve his own unique path in the world of electronic music.
Inspiration for the Dutch artist comes from many facets and moments in life, as he describes “The inspiration comes from the escape I create when I make music. Every project is a new journey and doors to different sonic avenues open with each one. I step away from reality and enter a world of imagination, surrealism and (yet to discover) forgotten dreams". 
It's no accident that Navar's contemporaries remark on the soulful qualities in his music. His inner feelings have helped create a uniquely deep and recognizable sound, as he states “My music is a reflection of my feelings, it comes from a genuine place that I want people to connect with. I feel comfortable expressing myself through music”. Navar's emotive creations have already cast lasting memories for electronic music fans across the globe. As he goes forward in his journey through sound his passion continues to grow and there's no telling how far his creative talents will reach.

Thomas Samco est une figure de la scène musicale électronique d'Amiens. DJ et producteur né en 1982, il est reconnu pour son style unique qui mêle deep house, tech house et minimal. Actif depuis les années 2000, il a fondé le label Emocia Records et lancé le concept d'événement Deep & Tech House. Thomas est également le président de la SDMEA (Scène Des Musiques Électroniques Amiénoises), une association dédiée à la fédération, au soutien et à la défense des acteurs de la musique électronique à Amiens. En outre, il joue un rôle clé dans l'organisation de KULTUR, un événement consacré à la techno et aux artistes locaux qui se tient à la Lune des Pirates. Nous pourrions également vous dire que Thomas est également impliqué dans de nombreuses autres initiatives telles que Night Club Session et Electronic Lab, etc… mais cette présentation de Thomas serait bien trop longue.
