From the gritty, urban soundscapes of Chicagoland to the serene shores of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, 26-year-old artist JimiG has forged a unique path in the world of electronic music. Born and raised near the heart of house music, his creative journey took a powerful turn after his first transformative experience at Lost Lands Festival in 2018.

Inspired by the raw energy and emotional depth of the dubstep genre, JimiG found his calling as a producer. He has since become known for his signature "sad boi dubstep," a sound that artfully blends heavy, face-melting bass with melancholic melodies and poignant lyricism. His tracks aren't just for the dance floor; they're a cathartic experience, designed to resonate with the emotional highs and lows of the human experience. With each drop and every ethereal breakdown, JimiG invites listeners to lose themselves in a sound that is both head-bangingly heavy and heartbreakingly beautiful.
