MPEG (Melz/Prigodich/Erskine Group) -- Featuring Mike Prigodich (piano), John Nastos (sax), Damian Erskine (bass), Reinhardt Melz (drums), Rafael Trujillo (congas). The video quality isn't great using my old Zoom Q3 (not the HD version, just a single camera angle), but I merged in a mix from the board recording so it sounds pretty good considering we haven't rehearsed for over a year.

Thanks to Tony Stovin for running sound that night and recording the gig with his Pro Tools rig. Thanks also to David Mathew for mixing the raw tracks to get things sounding as good as possible (EQ, volume levels, panning, and other magic tricks).

Get fast guap when you out robbing and clocking

Best hope that you got it getting knocked 
End up with a job in a prison metal shop
They ain’t paying nothing but 3 hots and a cot 
Don’t you know that’s the biggest hustle they got

Or door three you could get on that welfare
They ain’t trying to help they’ll put you through hell there

I've had the pleasure of being interviewed and featured in some of the most incredible publications but the most entertaining and interesting interviews Ive ever had was with the one and only Nardwuar. During our interview he gave me The original program to a Muhammad Ali exhibition fight in Vancouver and several records. First thing I did when I got home from the tour was listen through the records and make a beat from one of them. I ended up recording this song.
