YashAkasha grew up in Boston, MA to a family of poetic Jewish immigrants, dissidents, and progressive thinkers. He was exposed to Hip Hop culture at a young age and quickly fell in love. It spoke directly to his free-spirited nature. As an Emcee, YashAkasha receives and manifests creative visions that bring people together to celebrate peace, love, unity, and joy. He has been studying the art of rhyme since the turn of the century(his entire life). 

YashA is also an initiate of the ancient mystery schools and has received potent transmissions from several great wisdom lineages. He is now focused on building the core curriculum of the Worldchangers Organization (a public charity)and helping to direct its communal, land-based retreat centers. While traveling the world, YashA facilitates sacred ceremonies/workshops and shares a range of tools and practices for transformation, self-actualization, and inner peace.
