Technotronic foi um grupo belga de música eletrônica que tocava dance e house music do final dos anos 80 e início dos 90, que marcou época com hits como Move This, Pump Up the Jam, Get Up entre outros.A sua música tinha forte marcação do grave e a voz inconfundível de Ya Kid K, nascida no Zaire (atualmente República Democrática do Congo), além de uma montagem impecável para os padrões da época, sob a produção de Jo "Thomas De Quincy" Bogaert ...é possível vê-lo no clip da música Get Up...O Technotronic marcou toda uma geração de adolescentes que freqüentavam boates na época em que esteve no auge, bem como os amantes de um ritmo musical que surgia naquele momento!

Synthetic infused music (Depeche mode, erasure, new order) all which became infused with his love for hip hop and dark dance acts like prodigy. 

Today this translates into his sets where he picks apart and infuses all the pieces of music he loves the best : grooving baselines, tech beats, and the occasional vocal hooks. All on top of a pronounced head nodding foot shuffling house/techno beat.
