Raised in Phoenix, Arizona.  Malachi Williams, B.K.A. Sparrow,  has always had a passion for God's People and music. 
Using his ability to convey various messages through music (Gospel Rap, (Releasing Anointed Praise). Sparrow seeks to enlighten and encourage the believer of his generation to keep fighting the good Fight of Faith.  
Starting off in Az. as a youth minister in the church in 2003, Sparrow knew that the approach of attracting youth to the Gospel was different from what he remembered from  when he was growing up. Gospel Rap seemed very new and attractive and he knew this style of music would play a major part in drawing the attention of some of todays youth away from the world's grip and redirecting it back to the church.
Sparrow originally started off as a MC for local Phoenician  talent at various events that were put on by the church like , " True Love Waits" abstinence conferences , youth gatherings and different community to church bridge events throughout the City of Phoenix. 
At the age of 23 Sparrow married his beautiful wife Ashley Phelps, a Los Angeles native and fairly new to the Valley Of The Sun. 1 year after tying the knot they left home and set there attention on Las Vegas, Nevada where they are currently living, raising there 3 beautiful children.
Arriving in Vegas October  of 2008 Sparrow saught nothing more than to draw closer to God and to get to know this new place he would learn to call home. Upon arriving Sparrow shortly found a Church home (Prayer Center Revival Church) to settle in  which he and his family still attends, and are active members in there local and citywide setting.
Going back to his old ways Sparrow launched out in Vegas in 2011 in the local youth setting as a Minister of the Gospel preeching and teaching, MC-ing, and being an all around  Hype Man. Opening for local Christian Rap artist and various  Christian  acts, and even holding events of his own, such as " Radical For Love! " Abstinence Outreach,  "Battle of the Bands " and other citywide  bridge events that would draw the community in the church, all this before ever taking the stage as a forefront Gospel Artist. 
In the later part of 2009 Sparrow was introduced to a local Gospel Singer/Rap artist who took him under his wing and introduced him to the local Christian Rap scene. Sparrow  would go on being his personal hype man for about a year before realizing the strong brotherly bond was deeper than music which lead to them forming a duo group in mid 2010 called "Unashamed Inner-Tame-Ment" where Sparrow was given the alias "Yo-Bro" because he was and still is everyone's brother. During this time "Sparrow" , still an official hype man would record his first verse on a song entitled "Move Forward " which did quite well in the local Christian Rap scene, and still is in rotation til this day. Unashamed Inner-Tame-Ment was on there way to building a reputable reputation for themselves locally, when they were approached at an event and was offered to partner with another local group who was on the rise. After meetings deliberations & prayer was made, Unashamed Inner-Tame-Ment & Put'in In Work  Ministries  united to form "Unashamed To Put In Work ". In 2012-2014 "U2PIW" would produce 3 albums 2 mix-tape Cd's, severall Gospel Rap music videos/Documentaries and do countless shows, on countless stages , throughout the Westcoast.
Although touring,  producing music, and rocking shows proved to be  effective  feeding tool. Sparrow  decided to take a hiatus from that scene and focus on building up his family and his local assembly. 
While building up the 2 most important areas in his life, God allowed Sparrow to record his 1st solo Debut Album "Bon   Appétit ", giving him every word in its place and proper time that would point anyone who listened to it back to him.
While leading with his single "Soldier ", a remix of an oldie but goodie, ft. Hope Christina-Cotton, Bon Appétit looks well on its way to becoming a strong freshman album.
