@dinosoccio is a hugely exciting talent. Currently residing in LA he has caught our ear numerous times over the last 12 months with a steady stream of excellent edits which are available over on his bandcamp as well as an excellent track on The Patchoulli Brothers recent Spare Change compilation. 

He has also been behind some very tight DJ mixes from which it is obvious that he has a real passion for digging packing his mixes with dusty and leftfield disco brilliance. He has now landed an EP on the always superb @razor-n-tape and we highly recommend jumping straight on it. 

We asked Dino to put together a mix for us and he has delivered a truly  superb 90 minutes of groove infused music scouring the very edges of the disco universe for a hugely diverse collection of sounds which he has combined with some panache. The Mighty Wonky Disco Show - 03

Lockdown 007 comes from Toronto's very own Patchouli Brothers. Their Beam Me Up parties are extremely well regarded in Toronto and much further afield. 

They have an number of extremely high quality of releases to their name, which has seen them grace labels such as Basic Fingers, Whiskey Disco, Pleasure Of Love, Kojak Giant Sounds, G.A.M.M and of course Chicago's heavyweight Tugboat edits (sister of Star Creature Universal Vibrations also founded by Tim Zawada).

2020 saw the pair embark on their first European tour, which sadly was cut extremely short due to the Coronavirus pandemic and they only managed to do one party in Southport. 

A large number of Patchouli Brothers edits have been played on the Soul Stew dance floor over the past couple of years, we're honoured to have them contribute to our lockdown mix series.

Lockdown 007 - The Patchouli Brothers

Black Light Disco slalomed back onto the My House Radio broadcasting ether with our very own dynamic duo, Pookie Knights commandeering the entire show from their secret hideout somewhere in Wales. 

The lads had been furiously planning their set for this week and if they’re excited by it, then we’re definitely excited by it. It's another two hours of Pookie Knights at their very best, so put your finest dancing' pants on, empty that spittoon and have a big family hoe down.
