Longform, fully instrumental track built for conscious dance and 5Rhythms-inspired workshops: 95 BPM, dark organic tribal groove, deep hand drums, soft shakers, low drones, water and footsteps textures.

This piece is meant for eyes-closed movement: grounding, circular, wave-like, helping the body to slowly drop into the floor and find its own rhythm. No big drops, just a steady evolving flow that invites breath, weight and fluidity.

Charlie Pink & The Bits is the post-human music project of French artist Charlie Abigaël Pink, who appears under different aliases including Dame Charlie.
She writes the stories, scars and love letters; her ghost band of AIs — The Bits — plays the music.
Together they turn queer love, dysphoria, healing and all the messy parts of being alive into neon-noir electronic nocturnes.
AI assumed, never hidden — no deepfakes, no stolen voices, just her life fed to the machine.

Releases include the EPs MANQUÉE, HÉLYOTROPE, Sutures in the Night, Noir Électrique and Néons sous les paupières.
