Here it is.... the 3rd chapter of #HeavenTrap Music!!!! This moment.... marks a great step forward for our community. This song came to be in a very inspiring way. About a month ago we went on Soundcloud and searched the tag "Heaven Trap".... to our surprise we saw tons of you guys are making it!! It was truly amazing to see, and we can't thank you guys enough for supporting our sound. One of these tracks was made by Party Thieves, and it stood out strongly amongst the rest. That moment we hit him up for stems because we wanted to edit his track for our live show.... he replied and sent over the pieces. As we were working we realized he had pitched up the entire track up for his version and it wasn't exactly what we had in mind to play out. We then wrote him back to let him know that we wouldn't be able to use any of his stems for our version, but that we would still add him as a collaborator on the track. We really want to support artists making this sound.... so we felt this would be a great way to boost up a very talented up-n-comer. All his socials are listed below and we invite you to check out his music. Thank you so much for the continuing support... we love you guys and hope you enjoy the song! <3

"Weltschmerz: The kind of feeling experienced by someone who understands that physical reality can never satisfy the demands of the mind."

Lead track ‘Weltschmerz’ sounds like an instant Berghain classic; dark, massive, trippy, and with an emotional character all too rare within the genre. The kicks are banging, the verbed out percussion is fierce, and it all moves around a haunting melodic breakdown that artfully dances on the right side of ‘progressive.’ It’s a killer track that perfectly sets the tone for the whole record.

‘Damage Control’ is a straightforward flex-a-thon, a housier rhythm that struts along confidently. The technical term is ‘floor-filler.’ ‘Lonesome’ brings the emotion back, with it’s super-tense, unresolved melodies, this is perfect for all your mega-club yearning & gurning needs. ‘Relatives of None’ is the nastiest of the bunch, and probably the most at home on Turbo, built around a screechy synth hook. Finally, ’Weltschmerz (Melodic Theme)’ provides an epic ambient outro, crystallizing the emotional tones of the EP and establishing a sense of artistic vision that ascends well beyond the pedestrian.

The EP starts off with 'Trip', aptly name due to its cinematic sound design and arrangement. Charlotte's trademark use of vocals ooze character, and haunting synths complemented by a laidback but steady drum-foundation are the ingredients of this track.

Sweden's Techno-legend Cari Lekebusch delivers the first remix, a functional and linear interpretation, which is sure to be heard on festival dancefloors during the late summer.

TWR72 of Amsterdam, themselves very much what you would call a 'current breakthrough act', are responsible for remix number two, a contemporary interpretation based on syncopated rhythms.

Desolat label boss Loco Dice kicks off 2018 in fine style with a huge new single which sees the him reflecting on his musical roots and his connection to Dusseldorf, Detroit and beyond, whilst giving a taster for a brand new long player to come later in the year. 
Dice’s recent past has seen the master of robust house and techno funk serve up killer remixes of Moby’s classic ‘Go’ and release his Underground Sound Suicide album, whilst continuing to headline the biggest clubs and festivals around the world. At the same time, he has directed his endless passion and musical sensibilities to bare upon his Desolat label, with a stream of records released from some of the most exciting artists around and supported by DJs across the globe. Now though the stage is set for the first new Loco Dice original recording in some time and it is sure to see him once more at heart of the global scene. The bristling ‘Roots’ is a typically forceful track that blurs the lines between house end techno. It has twitchy synths bringing the energy to hurried drums as smooth chords add real soul. The claps are coarse & edgy, whilst Dice’s own dark vocals bring a brooding atmosphere and the whole thing is a synapse firing rave-up that cannot fail to detonate any dance floor. An instrumental is also included for even more visceral thrills. 
This new single is the lead track from Dice’s latest album project, entitled ‘Love Letters’ and to be released later in 2018.
