Gus Montalvo

Gustavo Montalvo, A.K.A. Gush Doctor is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer from Monterrey, Mexico. As a performer he's toured all over the world including most of Europe, Mexico, USA, Central and south America, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. . He's produced, performed and collaborated on many albums and shows alongside artists such as Calle 13,  Control Machete, Juanes, Amparo Sánchez, Julieta Venegas, Celso Piña to name but a few.
 His band Jesus Warr released the album "Travesía"  in august 2012 which was produced by Jumbo's lead vocalist Clemente Castillo.

As Gush Doctor he has recorded and published a few tracks of late. One being "Brebajes de oratoria" which is a colaboration with legendary underground mexican rapper Serko Fu, included also in the latter's "Desde el Desnivel" EP. http://noisey.vice.com/es_mx/read/serko-fu-mixtape
Presently he holds residence at Mississippi 105-B in Monterrey where he hosts a weekly jam session with Rafonkee where many of Monterrey's greatest musicians jam regularly.
