In the vast expanse of the universe, beyond the reaches of our known reality, lies a realm of infinite layers, each harbouring its secrets and mysteries. The rhythmic pulse of Dub Techno finds its resonance within this intricate web of cosmic dimensions.
At the heart of this sub-universe is a clandestine gathering known as the Assembly of Frequencies. The Assembly comprises beings from diverse corners of the cosmos, united by their shared affinity for the ethereal realm of sound. Pianeti Sintetici ('synthetic planets' in Italian) is a new conceptual project by Davide Perrone (Primal Code) that draws inspiration from the factories of Magrathea, a planet in Douglas Adams' classic space opera The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, where artificial planets are manufactured on commission.

“This concept has always fascinated me, and I chose the name to frame a hypothetical future of synthetic worlds, told with sound,' Davide says. 'I like to imagine the howls of creatures inhabiting solar systems outside our own. Rarefied atmospheres, alien sequences, and unfamiliar tonal scales. So, I see Pianeti Sintetici as an open-ended design research project where I can explore these inspirations.”

Pianeti Sintetici already has three stand out releases on the legendary Hypnus records and has played a string of mind bending shows, including this mix, which is a live set from the 2023 edition of Positive Education. To welcome the new year in a proper, yet unusual, hypnotic manner, Archypness enters the universe of “Dynamic Spheres”. An adept you may recognise from our last EP ‘Lunar Bodies To Solar Bodies’, who has proven that he can channel from the stellar outer rim as well as from the depths of our subconscious.

He is a Ukrainian musician, producer, EMAHO! label owner, sound designer, and mentor at the DJ school Fundament, as well as a resident of the "Tundra" parties, who has been living in Warsaw for over 10 years. Archypness' musical style is rooted in Hypnotic Techno, filled with hypnotic rhythms and textures. Constant development in the latest music production techniques has enabled the creation of unique and uncompromising tracks with complex sound design. The artist's signature is manifested in a mystical atmosphere that immerses the listener in an active meditative state.

Archypness provided a mix, which is truely unique in its distinct, yet experimental and surprising character. It relies on tribalistic and breaky rhythms, meditative and stellar atmospheres and a host of psychedelic twists that you won’t see coming. A journey that is not afraid to venture into uncharted psychedelic realms, what makes the listening a wholesome and profoundly mesmerizing experience.
