Don Papi (born Joseph Hatch Ojea) is a 25 year old Baton Rouge native rapper who’s style and format is more similar to that of a Northeast based rapper than his Southern counterparts. His style sets to break away from rap’s traditional molds as he fuses together a hard and aggressive delivery with an unorthodox flow, and a unique sound that can only be described as an urban opera flair. Papi may be a fresh face on the scene, but his fan base continues to grow in anticipation of his freshman debut album.
