for this new slightly damaged mix, @sanmomo has crafted a slow cooked mix, mostly excavating old pirate .wavs in the depths of his hard drive, picking out tracks through chillout compilations from the 90’s and early 2000’s (Vienna scientist, Ambient Dub or Hi-Fidelity Dub Sessions & more). 

The result is an introspective yet hopefully coherent journey, casually kicking off in downbeat territory before taking a twist down the rabbit hole, slowing things down into the « sluggish cognitive tempo » — a state of joyful laziness and slowness, consuidering a distortion of time, and probably a form of creativity.

The 26 year old from Philadelphia US, has been showing what he is all about these last weeks with 10 outings in the last month! He recently has been added as a resident to the music institution The Shakedown by Worship Records. These guys have been throwing parties every month for the last 23 years! 👏🏽

Aside from his talents behind the decks, Ty works in a lovely record shop in Philly called Impressions. Be sure to check their Discogs out for plenty 🔥
