🔱 Words cannot express the overwhelming gratitude and joy that I feel when I think about the amazing experience of playing at Funkazba. The energy and passion of the crowd was truly epic, and I am grateful for every moment of it.

To everyone who was there on Thursday's Kulin Rouge night, I want you to know that it was an honor to share that closing set for you all with Leeroy on Percussion. Even though there were some technical difficulties with the mic'd recordings, I am thrilled to share this raw export of the night with you. I hope it captures the spirit of the night and brings back fond memories.

I was honoured to open The Mycology Stage at Blossom Festival 2023 just after the Welcome to Country together with my friend Kookaburramann Mak*. Picture a sunny day in a beautiful paddock with lush green rolling hills.

Initiation NYE 23/24 - OUTRA Showcase - Love Camp

Initiation Festival - a feast for the senses with creamy house and techno vibes all around, keeping the energy high till the wee hours.

I had the greatest privilege of delivering not one, but two soundscapes over the festival, including a chance to tear up LOVE Camp's dance floor on New Year's Eve, playing the penultimate set of the year.

A huge thank you to the homeliest of hosts – Jade & Leo, Butterz and Christopher Brooks – for the opportunity to splash the dance floor, it was an unforgettable experience! 🙌

My Love Camp debut was a dream come true! What does 'love' mean to you?

For this set, I put together an ethereal mix of melodic techno and driving energising tech house, layered with feminine beauty, attitude and flair. 
My goal here was to create a channel for the individuals in my crowd to deep-dive into their feminine side, to get a little saucy and sensual, and ultimately to find some peace and presence in movement therapy.

Utah Saints DJ Mix November 2014

Over the Easter Break this year, I made my first journey to Blazing Swan in Western Australia with a group of dear mates. We were warmly welcomed into a home away from home in the form of KaMp KoAsis. After Pete, Chau and I played an off the cuff set at TreeTops on the Friday night of the burn, we were humbled when they asked to come do something similar to close their stage for the weekend.

Utah Saints have been making music, DJ-ing and playing gigs around the globe since the birth of House music and are made up of Tim Utah and Jez Willis.
The world renowned duo have released 9 Top 40 UK hits, 4 of which hit the Top 10. They have sold over 2 million records worldwide, sampled a huge range of artsist from Annie Lennox to Slayer, Kate Bush to Metallica and have supported U2 on a UK and European tour, set up and promoted award winning and legendary clubnights in Leeds, London & Edinburgh and have recorded and presented shows for radio stations such as BBC Radio 1, XFM, Galaxy, Kiss and Ministry of Sound. They have rather precariously walked the tightrope between genres and also between the underground and the mainstream. Utah Saints list of achievements is huge and they are continuing to add to it, 20 years later:-

Utah Saints are still very much at the top of their game hosting their SugarBeatClub brand at various Clubs and curating festival stages, putting on an eclectic range of nights from with DJ sets from Annie Mac to Justice, Zane Lowe to A-Trak , and have played alongside everyone from Take That to Erol Alkan. They have now put on over 500 nights, and DJ’d themselves at over 1000.

When the pioneering DJs aren’t playing at clubs and festivals in various parts of the world, they can be found in the studio working hard on their new material and also remixing other artists. These have included everyone from Bring Me The Horizon to the Stone Roses to Girls Aloud, their most recent being DJ Fresh. As well as running their own Sugarbeat label which is now into it’s 4th year, the duo have also released their own compilation in 2013 called Electronic Bass Music and have also just had a number 1 on Beatport with their Soundpack Collection.

CHÂU was raised on a strange musical diet of Vietnamese classical ballads and post-war interpretations of rock and disco. In this experimental wave of the 70s-90s, artists would blend electric guitars with 16-string zithers -- nailing power chords while singing of famine and heartbreak and the endless mountains, in Vietnamese dialects. 

In his short span behind the decks, CHÂU has fielded a delicious variety of performances, highlights include an extensive tour of Burning Man 2019 on premiere Australian theme camps: Frothin' Weirdos, Priscilla Queen of the Doof, Wonky Queenslander, and Sacred Cow stages.

CHÂU lives at the doof, and has played at a little too many to remember, but his favourites are Earth Frequency, Jungle Love, Expression Sessions, Rabbits Eat Lettuce, and Elements. When he isn't running amok or behind the decks, CHÂU is the ears behind the Wonky Queenslander, and annoys Love Camp by hiding their cushions.
