Morning Ms Dednam is a four-piece, Alternative Rock band from Somerset West that makes use of jazz overtones to create a rich, full-bodied sound.

Daniel Peimer and Joshua Schachat, the Psytrance duo who make up Hippie Mafia, have had an exciting journey since they first discovered the Psychedelic Trance scene in Johannesburg, South Africa back in 2008. After falling in love with the music and culture, they began experimenting with producing psychedelic tunes in 2010.
In 2010, they launched their night-time full-on act, 'Double Story,' before later deciding to embark on a new venture and create a fresh, original sound. Their dedication to perfecting their sound and striving for the highest quality production has led to a unique, playful, and funky style of Psytrance that is instantly recognizable. Their day-time project, Hippie Mafia, was launched in 2015, featuring a fresh, original sound that combines playful harmonics and bouncy basslines.
Their music has been described as a wild daytime journey that brings joy and energy to dancefloors across the globe. Their hard work and talent quickly gained recognition in the South African Psytrance scene, and they soon began playing at all the major festivals in the country. It was in 2016 that they caught the attention of Alien Records, one of Brazil's largest labels. Alien Records offered them the opportunity to release their album, ‘Circus of Misfits,’ which quickly became a massive success.
The album's success propelled Hippie Mafia to international recognition, and they soon found themselves touring in countries such as Switzerland, Germany, Australia, Brazil and India. Their electrifying performances, signature sound, and unique style have captured audiences worldwide.
Since the release of ‘Circus of Misfits,’ Hippie Mafia has continued to evolve in the studio, developing and perfecting their sound. They are passionate about their music and are committed to spreading joy and energy through their performances. They have collaborated with many artists and have released numerous tracks that showcase their dynamic style and talent.
Their dedication to their craft has earned them a loyal fanbase and the respect of the Psytrance community. They continue to strive for excellence, with the goal of traveling the world, showcasing their unique sound and bringing happiness and energy to dancefloors everywhere.

The Kiffness makes jazzy, groovy & uplifting house music and are one of South Africa’s favourite live electronic acts. Since the beginning of 2013 they’ve had great success on local radio stations with 6 songs already playlisted nationwide & all songs reaching top 10 status in the top 40 charts. Following the success on radio, their 3rd studio album KIFF (1st album through major label Sony) has been nominated for 2 South African Music Awards (SAMAs) in 2014, and debuted at #3 on the iTunes pop album charts. The 2017 album Soul Safari debuted at #2 on the iTunes pop charts & the music video for popular single from the album "You Say You Love Me" was nominated for "Best Video" in the 2017 SAMAs. 

Dave Scott founded the project in early 2010 when he arrived in Cape Town to pursue a career in music. During his studies at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, Dave played a handful of instruments in multiple bands whilst holding down DJ residencies at two of Grahamstown's most popular nightclubs. Upon arriving in Cape Town he was well seasoned in both the live & electronic music realms and ready to use his experience in both forms of music to form a live electronic project - The Kiffness.

From it’s relatively humble beginnings, Dave managed to make his way from bedroom producer to building his own professional studio & earning a reputation as one of South Africa's leading dance music producers. He has collaborated with some of South Africa’s favourite artists including Shortstraw, Samuel Miller & Mathew Gold. 

Following The Kiffness' success on radio the band has had the opportunity of playing headlining slots at some of South Africa's most reputable festivals such as OppiKoppi, Rocking the Daisies, Splashy Fen & Park Acoustics to name a few. whilst playing a handful of shows abroad. 

Saxophone & synth extraordinaire Raiven Hansmann joined The Kiffness beginning of 2017. Before joining forces with Dave on stage, Raiven had played a major role behind the scenes in co-writing two of The Kiffness’ most successful singles to date – ‘Where Are You Going?’ & ‘Find A Way’. 

The Kiffness' unique ability to effortlessly blend live instrumentation with electronic house beats brings electronic shows to a new level. From jamming out deep, hard hitting bass lines live on analogue synthesizers to playing soaring jazzy trumpet and saxophone melody lines, both Raiven and Dave's instrumental talent is tangible. What's more is that they are great performers, so crowds can expect nothing short of a huge vibe.
