Hailing from the 4 corners of the UK but residing in Manchester, Paper Scenes are a 4 piece indie band made up of bav on Lead Vocals and Rhythm Guitar, Julian on Lead Guitar, Cal on Bass and Jonah on the pots and pans.

Formed in a university accommodation kitchen in December 2021 following conversations over shared dreams about making music, the band have gone from strength to strength and released debut single 'Echo falls' in September 2022, leading into some huge support slots with spangled (Manchester Academy 3) and the lilacs (Liverpool Academy 2).

Born in London and Raised in Gillingham, Jrod fled the South at the age of 18 with the goal of conquering the Manchester hip-hop scene with his lyrical prowess, verbal dexterity, and his indomitable devotion to perfecting his craft. The now 23-year-old rapper has made an explosive entry to the music industry with his first single 'Air Jordan 1s' in April 2023 and has continued to grow and develop as a producer, musician, and lyricist ever since. With impressive wordplay, unique production style, and the ability to write the most contagious songs your ears have ever come across, JrodBroccoli is well on his way to being an unstoppable force in UK rap.
