 Shotty305 is a Cuban American who was born and raised in Miami, FL. With the rhythm in his blood, he began as a vinyl hip hop/open format turntablist in 1997. In 2000, Shotty won a dj battle in high school. Growing too "hot" for family parties, he took his talents to downtown Miami and South Beach. While attending Florida International University, he spun internationally in the Dominican Republic & Bahamas while always rocking the PIKE fraternity parties. In 2009 he moved to the Midwest, started B4daRadio, and got back into school. During finishing school, he ran two radio shows (EDM & HipHop), hosted a hip-hop concert, interviewed artists, and continued to dj parties. Breaking into the Madison, WI scene was done by helping doing production for Skrillex, LMFAO, Dayglow, and more. By meeting the right contacts, Shotty has opened for RL Grime, Willy Joy, Tiesto, Avicii, Mustard Pimp, Steve Aoki, Datsik, Wick-it the Instigator, Dirty Disco Kidz, Team Bayside High, and Rusko. During a trip to Washington, DC a surprise set was done at Spot Lounge. He has also interviewd artists such as Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller, Sick Puppies, My Darkest Days, Nelly's Echo, and Crizzly. In 2012 he has played 2 festivals, taken a 3 day mini tour, joined the Deadly Vipers & Deadly Viper Recordings,,hosted a hip hop concert in Milwaukee, WI at Turner Hall, produced his first original track, as well as opening for Flosstradamus, Dillon Francis, and RL Grime. Watch him networking with everyone or showing love for his hometown throwing up the 3-0-5 for Miami, FL.  Shotty305 headlined Midwest Snowfest 13 at Devil's Head Resort, interviewed on BassHeadMusicBHM.com, went down to play Miami Music Week representing Deadly Viper Recordings at the Moomba+ showcase at Club EVE, has been added to the SpeakerBoxx DJZ family, and is now the President of Deadly Viper Recordings.
