Suzy was wild and beautiful — fearless, untamed.
She must be dancing somewhere in the angels’ hideout,
on the shards of Eden,
to the sound of electric guitars...

It was through her grace that I was signed by Dave Stewart of Eurythmics,
in the very heart of the eighties.

Suzy — if you ever moved in rock circles, you met her once,
and you probably dreamed of falling under her spell.
“She’s a devil in the sky!”

But in this piece, Suzy is above all an allegory of Rock’n’Roll —
that saving music of my teenage years,
the one I first discovered at twelve,
during the legendary “school trip to England” of the seventies —
right in the glitter-rock explosion: Bowie, Bolan, Slade, Gary Glitter...

And yes, I’m still in love with her —
even more now that Catherine, the Fairy of Lilas, has come to embody her,
with that rough, magical voice...

Built around a soft 6/8 rhythm, the song blends delicate piano melodies with subtle texture, warm bass, and light percussion - creating a cozy soundscape that feels both personal and timeless.

The vocals are performed by @Ladat and Hana Pavšič, whose voices, presented in contrast rather than harmony, reflect two perspectives of the same tender moment - adding emotional depth and a sense of quiet dialogue to the track.

This is a song for early hours, soft blankets, and the lingering moments when time seems to slow down - reminding us that sometimes, the simplest moments are the ones that matter most.
