This is the OSV HUB CYPHER. Produced by Kamvelli, the leader of OSV, the hub cypher beat was made so the OSV rap artists can rap over it. 

So far only I have taken a shot at it, but others such as Sick-ophrenic and Kamvelli himself will eventually take a shot at it as well.
