I wrote this song about someone who keeps lying to a friend of mine about where he's been and who he's been with! Frustrating to say the least! Especially knowing you're wasting your time on someone who couldn't give a damn about you! I don't like liars.....they're too sneaky... and also not man enough to admit when they're wrong!

I Was Wrong

Cheree is South Africa's original Country Girl. Winning numerous awards and receiving 2 South African Music Award Nominations for her last two commercial releases just goes to show that Cheree is here to stay! 

She lives with her husband, Wynand Strydom, in Langebaan on the West Coast of South Africa. Wynand is also a singer in the Afrikaans music industry and they also make music together! They are the proud parents of two country girls, Taylor-Hope and Bella-Joy. 

Life is good for this 30-something mother and singer and she continues to enjoy a healthy career with shows booked across the entire South Africa! "Travelling hillbillies" is the term she uses to describe her and Wynand's lives on the open road. 

Music continues to inspire her and she approaches everything in her life with the same positive and optimistic attitude.
