TEKNO Monkey (real name Jay Middleton), Is an individual who dares to be different. An evolution from the VaderMonkey alias, originally adopted from a Facebook group that was part of the UK Rave community; of which he was a member. He has become a new musical entity, with a revitalized sense of direction in his music.

Over the period of over 20+ years. The education & evolution from an inhabitant of the dance floor to a diverse high velocity DJ/Producer, has taken many turns. A brief period from 2009 – 2012 was previously, an insight into the conduction of Techno driven music. Highly influenced by the European underground Techno scene, TEKNO Monkey integrates such influences with his sound. His love of Techno was born from the mid 2000’s German Techno scene, driven by dark impactive kicks and low resonated complimentary bass.

Whilst moving into a current era of the sound he discovered Schranz, a then very niche underground sound driven by filtered percussive drum patterns programmed at high velocity. His curiosity took hold, but his perception of the UK dancefloors didn’t meet his love for the sound, so he put his techno interests on hold to pursue other genres (a decision driven by opportunities elsewhere in the UK Rave scene).

10 years pass by and rediscovery sets about a change in path, after an opportunity to play his sound again during the summer of 2024. The Techno feeling was back and TEKNO Monkey returned.


The TEKNO Monkey alias embraces everything from the grittiness and industrial perceptions often associated with dark underground techno music but adds hints of neon color to express fun and clarity to his DJ performances.
TEKNO Monkey is an energetic and interactive performer; often lost in the music and the moment, but content with conducting his perception of dance floor mayhem. 

Expect new music from TEKNO Monkey to be circulating soon, as his decision to truly follow his path in the music he cherishes dearly will set about a new chapter in his musical journey.

"ORBIT" main wing. She has been exposed to classical music since childhood, and since her teens she has experienced the world of entertainment as a model. He began his career in 2010 in order to express his own vision of the world as a player while working on numerous music events and honing his sensibilities and skills. Focusing on techno and progressive, the tracks are extracted and mixed based on the pitch sense cultivated in the classical world, and the groovy and fast-paced play style that comes from the expressiveness cultivated in the entertainment world captures the hearts of the audience. Based in his hometown of Nagoya, he performs all over the country. He has played in Asia and Europe, and has also experienced stages overseas.
''ORBIT'' was launched in 2015 to project the desire for party culture, and so far we have shared the booth with international guests such as D-NOX, Robert Babicz, Guy Mantzur, and QUIVVER, as well as domestic guests who are on a heavy spin. Ta. In parallel with his energetic stage activities, the open air event "ORBIT" is held once a year, and the "ORBIT ft. XXX" series, which is mainly held at club mago, is still on a clear trajectory. A DJ now into his 25th year, Ben is known for his ability to play a wide range of music genres covering Trance, House, Hard House & Hard Dance. He is a current resident for Manchester-based brand 'Resurrection' and has played at events such as Tidyland Weekender, Kiddstock Festival, Goodgreef Xtra Hard, Bring The Noise & Twist to name a few playing alongside the likes of The Tidyboys, Lisa Lashes, Kutski, Andy Farley & K90 along the way

Production-wise, Ben has had releases on pretty much all the big labels in the Hard House scene including Tidy Trax, Vicious Circle, Overdose, Feersum, Toolbox Recordings & Shock Records as well as his label Hi-Five Digital gaining several number-one releases on the Toolbox Digital Chart.
