Simulation = X x Pi

An arrangement for SAA women's choir of the classic 1935 song by Hugh Williams and Jimmy Kennedy (the choral parts are played here by woodwind). It was my Mum's favourite song - she would close her eyes, lean her head back in her chair, and sing it softly to herself. This arrangement is dedicated to her memory. The photograph shows her stepping out with my Dad in Nottingham in the very early 1950's.

Brainulate

One-boy-band Biscuit Barrel (aka. Ellery Mitchell, aged 13) wrote the music and played all the parts in this piece. He composed it in February 2023 on violin, long before he taught himself the instruments he plays on this recording. It was produced by his Dad, who has no idea what he's doing, on an old laptop with using an open source program.
