Mudman is a producer, DJ and sound designer from Oslo who has been working as a professional musician for more than 20 years. Mudman´s main instruments are percussion and the drums. He is often involved in different musical projects such as writing for theatre, jazz, hip hop and or even psychedelic rock, but electronic music has always been his main passion. His tracks and remixes have been released on both Norwegian and international labels, such as Small Records, Avocado Dreams, Ekord, Maura Records, Affect Recordings, Fix by Six Records, Beatservice Records, Troll Records and Aquavite Beat Records to name a few. 
Mudman is known for his energetic live sets featuring different live musicians, but he´s even more happy during his Dj sets.His raw but playful mixing style is inspired by turntablism and Detroit legends like Jeff Mills, and his sets covers a broad spectre within house and techno. 
Over the years he has performed in clubs and festivals around the world along big names such as Rodrigo Ferrari, Pig & Dan, Mind Against, MANDY, Ramiro Lopez, Steve Bug, Catz n’ Dogs, Martin Dawson (rest in peace). He performed at festivals like WMC in Miami, Off Sonar in Barcelona, various clubs in the UK, Brazil (D Edge) and in Berlin, such as Golden Gate, M.I.K.Z and Cassiopeia. Mudman have hold residencies at clubs like Blå, Killyrego, Elefant and Sikamikanico in Oslo, but also plays frequently in other clubs, festivals and alternative parties around Norway. The last years he´s been going more into production again, from making his debut on Berlin based labels Avocado Dreams and Ekord in addition to more releases and remixes from Oslo label Small Records.

Firuz' background is as exotic as his music. He was born and raised in his father's native country of Tajikistan. His gene pool is truly exotic, a real goulash of ancient civilizations and modern tribes. On his mother's side there's Russian, Ukranian, Polish and Greek blood, whereas his father's side are descendants of an ancient Persian royal dynasty. 
Firuz grew up in the mountainous region of Gorno Badakhshan surrounded by the Pamir mountains, some of the tallest in the world. The area borders Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan and China. The Pamir population speaks ancient Persian languages unique to this world and has survived in their mountainous stronghold in spite of being in a troubled region. This mixture of civilizations has created a truly unique culture.
Key to the Pamir culture is music and dance. Any excuse is used to take out the drums and string instruments, such as the indiginous rubab, to create great tunes. Everybody joins in and soon you have a veritable jamfest with the entire village!
Firuz, like most other kids, learned to play various instruments. The real revolution came with satellite TV and music channels from abroad. Influenced by all these new sounds, he decided to learn English to better understand what they were talking about on MTV and soon began to incorporate Western music into the traditional, tribal music of his region. Many of his friends followed suit, some of them are now established music celebrities in various countries around the globe. 
 Firuz' taste for house music grew stronger and he started to play small gigs for friends and colleagues. Rumors soon spread and Firuz' popularity increased. 
After playing in various locations such as Russia (Moscow), Caucasus (Baku and Tbilisi), Middle East (Beirut) and USA (Miami), Firuz ended up in the cold, dark, northern country of Norway. Perfect for his mood, the long winter nights gave extra inspiration for his darker side and influenced his music further. Today, Firuz is well established as a popular and sought after DJ in his genre, pumping out his rhythms to a loyal and growing crowd of fans not only in Norway, but far beyond.


Small Records is a Norwegian independent record label based in Oslo, that specialises in Electronic music genres like Techno, House, Melodic, Deep House, Minimal, Deep Tech and Tech House.  

The label was established in 2010 by founder, DJ, promoter and producer Eric Small, initially to distribute the debut EP “Super Superficial” by Poporn Radio and “Great outdoors” by Mudman, both releases was only distributed on CD’s. From this point on the releases came frequently on digital platforms.

In 2015, the label released “Still Sleepy EP” by Mudman, This was a turning point for the label. The release got some steady remixes from great producers like Marcello V.O.R., Lars Wickinger, and Robert Solheim to mention a few. The release gained massive support from many well established Dj’s around the world. The next success was “Deep Sea” by Arthur Thalison & Caia Lopez from Brazil. With vocals by Cari Golden and remixes from Sezer Uysal, DLC and Andre Anttony, the EP received lots of positive feedback and support.

After this the label signed and released numerous EP’s, compilations and albums, and Small Records now has 47 releases with over 300 tracks from more than 80 different artists and groups around the globe. After a longer break, due to label boss Eric Smalls very successful, but also time consuming club Elefant, Small Records is now back! Watch out for some really amazing new music soon to be released, and stay tuned for the next chapters of this journey trough the wonderful world of electronic music.

As per our collective minds; music is a universal language which is spoken and written around the globe. With his backpack loaded with records and his mind full of ideas, Tagträumer² has been exploring foreign countries and undiscovered sounds. Eight years have passed on his seemingly endless journey. Through different people, extraordinary situations, adventurous experiences and unknown vibes an elixir of magic is created. It is the engine and the resource that drives his artistic inspirations.

Tagträumer²’s musical path has led him to over a dozen countries, including those which no longer are counted as electronic driven societies. Most notably are his events in countries such as China, South Korea, Belarus, Turkey, Ukraine and Serbia which have enriched Tagträumer²’s experiences and are reflected in his tracks and DJ sets. His work tells us stories about forward moments during the cold nights at the Great Wall of China, and about weightless festivals on Crimea in the middle of sparkling Salt Lakes, and of the parties surrounded by the never ending neon light in Korean bars.

Back home in Berlin, Tagträumer² processes his gathered impressions in his productions which are released on several different labels. But of course, his productions are also released on his own vinyl and digital record label "BlackFoxMusic" (blackfoxmusic.com) that Robert launched in 2007. The label management’s activities also expanded onto Schallbox Rec. and Neopren.
In addition, the Berlin artist focuses his creative output as a DJ, for which he exclusively uses Vinyl. Regardless of how heavy his backpack may be on his future journey to Belgium, Kamchatka, or elsewhere, as long as there will be some turn tables in place, any booking requests are welcome.
