This is a short version of a sound journey which was created for a suicidal person overwhelmed with fear and hopelessness, feeling alone and trapped.
It's loaded with healing solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats.

EnTrance is a monthly 3 hour class held at Balmain Town Hall in Sydney. 100+ dancers come together to move in exquisite awareness following the waves of trance and the elegant wisdom of the 5Rhythms wave to do their soul work.
